Key Responsibilities:

 Handles recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

 Support HR policies, compliance, and payroll.

 Manage performance reviews and training programs.

 Help create a positive work environment and boost employee engagement.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

 At least 1 year related work experience

 Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

 Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
