Amazon Account Manager

As an Amazon Account Manager on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth and success of our Amazon channel. This includes creating and executing a cohesive strategy for listing optimization, advertising, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities | 岗位职责
Research | 调研

• Analyze the psychology of our target customer base: up-and-coming women and men who care about quality
• 分析我们的目标客户心理：注重品质的年轻男女消费者
• Research the features, benefits, and unique differentiators of each product we advertise and capture attention immediately
• 探索每款产品的特点、优势与独特卖点，并具备迅速吸引注意力的能力
• Evaluate competitors and cross-industry trends in terms of concept, style, and key features
• 分析竞争对手及跨行业趋势，包括概念、风格与核心功能
• Compile and document reference ads and update a reference library of social assets, UGC, videos, and articles from competitors
• 整理并记录广告参考素材，更新竞品的社交内容、UGC、视频及相关文章资料库
  

Listing Optimization | 产品页面优化

• Collaborate with SEO and growth teams to optimize product listings in line with Amazon’s guidelines
• 与SEO和增长团队合作，优化产品页面，确保符合亚马逊规范
• Use keyword research to optimize titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords
• 利用关键词调研优化标题、描述、卖点与后台关键词
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend listing changes
• 通过数据分析发现优化空间，并提出修改建议
  

Advertising | 广告投放

• Plan and execute Amazon ad campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
• 策划并执行亚马逊广告活动（商品推广、品牌推广、展示广告）
• Monitor and optimize performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS
• 监控并优化点击率、转化率与广告支出回报率（ROAS）
• Use data insights to recommend campaign improvements
• 通过数据洞察提出广告优化建议
  

Customer Engagement | 客户互动

• Respond to customer inquiries and reviews professionally and promptly
• 及时、专业地回复客户咨询与评论
• Monitor feedback and use it to improve products and services
• 关注客户反馈并用于优化产品和服务
• Collaborate with CS team to ensure customer satisfaction
• 与客户服务团队合作以提升客户满意度

• 2+ years in Amazon ads and listing optimization

• Strong portfolio of high-performing content (ads, videos, articles, etc.)

• Must enjoy and be experienced with A/B testing; data-driven mindset
