As an Amazon Account Manager on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth and success of our Amazon channel. This includes creating and executing a cohesive strategy for listing optimization, advertising, and customer engagement.

- Analyze the psychology of our target customer base: up-and-coming women and men who care about quality

- Research the features, benefits, and unique differentiators of each product we advertise and capture attention immediately

- Evaluate competitors and cross-industry trends in terms of concept, style, and key features

- Compile and document reference ads and update a reference library of social assets, UGC, videos, and articles from competitors
- 整理并记录广告参考素材,更新竞品的社交内容、UGC、视频及相关文章资料库
- Collaborate with SEO and growth teams to optimize product listings in line with Amazon’s guidelines
- 与SEO和增长团队合作,优化产品页面,确保符合亚马逊规范
- Use keyword research to optimize titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords
- 利用关键词调研优化标题、描述、卖点与后台关键词
- Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend listing changes

- Plan and execute Amazon ad campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
- 策划并执行亚马逊广告活动(商品推广、品牌推广、展示广告)
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS
- 监控并优化点击率、转化率与广告支出回报率(ROAS)
- Use data insights to recommend campaign improvements

- Respond to customer inquiries and reviews professionally and promptly

- Monitor feedback and use it to improve products and services

- Collaborate with CS team to ensure customer satisfaction
