Amazon FBA Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Amazon FBA specialist to join our team. As an Amazon FBA specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon seller central accounts.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end Amazon FBA and Seller Central account management, including customer service.
  • Conducting daily product listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Responding to customer inquiries with clear, proactive communication.
  • Handling product replacements, refunds, and dispute negative feedback.
  • Analyzing negative reviews at the ASIN level and implementing solutions.
  • Monitoring seller performance metrics and addressing issues before they escalate.
  • Resolving stranded inventory issues to maximize sales.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A deep understanding of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions & data analysis).
  • Detail-oriented with a high sense of accountability—owning your work.
  • Exceptional communication skills—anticipating problems before they arise.
  • Organized, efficient, and results-driven.
