Expert Amazon Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive virtual assistant to manage Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
This is a full-time remote position that requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining product listings, managing shipments from creation to delivery, and conducting daily listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account management.
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings.
- Manage shipments from creation to successful delivery.
- Conduct daily listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Respond to customer inquiries with clear, proactive communication.
- Handle refunds, replacements, and resolve negative feedback.
- Analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level and recommend solutions.
- Monitor account health & performance metrics, fixing issues before they escalate.
- Resolve stranded inventory issues to maximize sales.
- Provide general account health and maintenance support.
- 2+ years managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (advanced functions & data analysis).
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, efficient, and results-driven.
