Role: E-commerce & Media Strategy Senior Manager Location: NCR (On-site) Schedule: Monday to Friday, Morning Shift
About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic E-commerce & Media Strategy Senior Manager to join our growing beauty retail team. This role will be pivotal in accelerating our digital growth , leading the planning and execution of Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Commerce (e.g. TikTok Shop), and Retail Media initiatives . You will be responsible for developing a holistic media strategy that seamlessly integrates digital and traditional channels to maximize brand visibility, drive traffic, and deliver sales. You will also lead content, social media, and affiliate marketing programs , ensuring the use of best-in-class tools and platforms to deliver measurable impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee integrated media strategies across digital and select above-the-line channels
  • Lead performance marketing efforts to achieve sales and ROI targets for e-commerce platforms (e.g. TikTok Shop)
  • Manage digital commerce campaigns in collaboration with internal teams, agencies, and marketplace partners
  • Drive content development, social media engagement, influencer collaborations, and affiliate marketing programs
  • Monitor and analyze key digital performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve conversions
  • Champion the adoption of digital tools, analytics, and marketing technologies
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams while fostering strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners
Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in integrated campaign planning and digital media strategy
  • Extensive experience in e-commerce and retail , ideally within beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industries
  • Deep understanding of digital KPIs, analytics, and performance measurement frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and oversee multiple platforms simultaneously
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
