Job Overview:
As our HR Specialist , you’ll be the operational backbone of our HR team—ensuring smooth processes across onboarding, engagement, attendance management, HR reporting , and compliance . You’ll work closely with the HR Manager and internal stakeholders to support our people and culture strategy while keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage full onboarding and offboarding cycles , from document collection and orientations to exit interviews and DOLE reporting.

  • Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives that foster connection, feedback, and recognition.

  • Keep employee records up to date in HRIS , while ensuring accuracy in weekly reports and internal dashboards.

  • Monitor attendance and tardiness , escalate concerns, and prepare corrective actions when necessary

  • Respond to employee concerns with empathy and professionalism, acting as a trusted point of contact

  • Maintain and track employee referrals , portal reviews, and HR-related compliance reports

  • Proactively ensure alignment with labor law requirements and internal policies

  • Participate in continuous learning and process improvement initiatives across HR and admin

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology , or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience , including onboarding, employee relations, and reporting

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS , Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and SharePoint

  • High attention to detail, strong time management, and multitasking ability

  • Familiarity with DOLE compliance and basic knowledge of workplace safety and first aid is a plus

  • Empathetic, adaptable, and highly professional in dealing with confidential information

  • Willing to work in the office full-time atArcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday-Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM)
