We are seeking a proactive HR Specialist to serve as the key owner of our HR Information System (HRIS) and drive strategic decision-making through advanced analytics. If you are passionate about process optimization, data integrity, and meeting challenging deadlines, we want to hear from you Responsibilities HRIS System Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for our enterprise HRIS, managing configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure absolute data integrity across all HR modules. Strategic Data Analytics: Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to analyze HR data, predict trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Process Improvement: Proactively assess and implement improvements to HR workflows to increase efficiency and enhance employee experience. Compliance: Ensure HRIS data and reporting meet all regulatory compliance standards and provide accurate documentation. Project Management: Manage multiple HR projects simultaneously, ensuring accurate, timely completion and clear stakeholder communication. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR role, with at least dedicated specifically to HRIS administration and data analytics/reporting. Technical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency with a major HRIS platform, Vlookups, SQL. Proactive & Self-Directed: Highly motivated and takes initiative to solve problems efficiently. Exceptional Organization: Outstanding time management and prioritization skills, with a proven ability to meet strict deadlines. Strong Communication: Ability to clearly and effectively present complex data analysis to non-technical business audiences.
