Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases and company assets.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Lead sourcing of qualified candidates in multiple platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist in resolving employee inquiries and issues.
  • Conduct candidate screening, manage HR admin tasks, and support employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
  • Job Title: HR Specialist/Assistant
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, lead generation, employee relations, talent management, and excellent communication skills.
  • Working Conditions: Hybrid, 2x a month onsite in Pasig, the rest is WFH.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong interpersonal skills.
