Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who also has a solid understanding of basic accounting . The ideal candidate will support day-to-day office operations while also assisting with bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial tracking.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence
- Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and basic financial records
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks (e.g., data entry, expense tracking)
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
- Help with payroll preparation and government compliance documents (if needed)
- Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems
- Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Trustworthy, professional, and able to handle confidential information
- Experience in payroll or BIR/government filings
- Background in office management or HR support
