Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who also has a solid understanding of basic accounting . The ideal candidate will support day-to-day office operations while also assisting with bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence
  • Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and basic financial records
  • Assist with bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks (e.g., data entry, expense tracking)
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
  • Help with payroll preparation and government compliance documents (if needed)
  • Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Trustworthy, professional, and able to handle confidential information
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience in payroll or BIR/government filings
  • Background in office management or HR support
