Job Overview:

  • We're seeking a Business Development Associate with strong trading experience and deep wet market knowledge to grow our client base in the meat and seafood trading space. You''ll handle prospecting, deal closing, and relationship building with wet market suppliers and buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and close new business opportunities via calls, visits, and digital channels
  • Qualify leads and understand client needs
  • Present offerings and manage trade deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign-based lead generation
  • Meet or exceed monthly acquisition goals

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in wet market sales, trading, or business development

  • Extensive local market knowledge and supplier network
  • Hands-on experience in wet market customer relationship management
  • Familiarity with commodity trading or high-volume/low-margin transactions

The Product Manager/Senior Product Manager will be primarily responsible for driving the growth and success of woundcare and ostomy product portfolio through strategic marketing initiatives, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term product marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Develop and execute tactical marketing plans including launch plans, key selling messages, promotional materials, formulary, pricing strategy, training, CME, and patient programs
  • Evaluate effectiveness of marketing strategies and programs and track performance against objectives; adjust as needed
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare on-point sales forecasts to guide supply chain planning and monitor inventory to ensure product availability
  • Identify, engage, and develop brand and therapeutic experts, KOLs, and maintain relationships with healthcare practitioners
  • Act as product expert, supporting customer-facing teams with technical and commercial expertise and training
  • Drive customer experience initiatives and foster long-term brand loyalty
  • Prepare and launch line extensions and new products to drive growth

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a four-year Life Sciences or Business-related program
  • Minimum five (5) years in marketing or product management in pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumables
  • Extensive wound care and ostomy knowledge preferred with strong KOLs; results-driven with strategic marketing know-how
