The Opportunity:Playbook is seeking a visionary Head of Product to define the future of our self-serve platform. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for the entire user-facing product experience, from onboarding to daily use. You will lead our product management team, champion a user-centric culture, and own the product strategy that will drive our company's growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and champion the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the entire Playbook platform, with a focus on creating a world-class self-serve user experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • User Experience Obsession: Cultivate a deep understanding of our users' needs, pain points, and behaviors. Be the ultimate advocate for a simple, intuitive, and powerful user journey.
  • Execution & Delivery: Implement and refine product management processes to ensure the team is efficiently shipping high-impact products that meet business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with the CTO, CEO, and other executives to ensure product, engineering, and business strategies are tightly aligned.
  • Performance & KPIs: Own the key product metrics (e.g., activation, retention, user satisfaction) and drive initiatives to improve them.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10+ years in product management, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role managing other PMs.
  • Crucial: Proven success in leading a user-facing, self-serve B2B or B2C SaaS product. You must have a great feel for UX.
  • A strong portfolio of shipped products that demonstrates a deep understanding of user experience and product design.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing product teams.
  • Expertise in modern product management methodologies, data analysis, and user research.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire a team and articulate a clear, compelling vision to executives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php140, Php200,000.00 per month
