Overview Relationship Sales Officer (Experienced Sales Professionals) – East West Banking Corporation. Location: North Luzon branches. Work arrangement: On-site. Our Branch Banking Group is looking for experienced sales professionals from the automotive, pharmaceutical, and insurance industries to join us in multiple sites across North Luzon and build a career in banking as Relationship Sales Officers. In this role, you will be responsible for retaining and expanding client relationships, boosting deposits through a personalized sales approach, cross-selling initiatives, and proactive client communication, while ensuring compliance and promptly addressing client needs. What The Role Will Entail Drive sales acquisition and customer retention efforts in line with the store's growth strategy Grow assigned managed accounts by deepening client relationships and increasing share of wallet Promote and sell banking products and services to qualified clients to meet business targets What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required). Minimum of 12 years of proven sales experience in insurance, pharmaceuticals, automotive, or other consumer-facing industries. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a goal-driven environment. High initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn banking products and processes.
