Job Description

As the Dealer Customer Relationship Center Officer, you will be responsible in interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests. This full-time role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our dealers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for dealers, fielding inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handling dealer complaints and feedback, and escalating critical issues as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of all dealer interactions
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Arts in Mass Communication or any Business course
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with dealers at all levels
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
