JOB SUMMARY

The Architectural Renderer/modeler in guidance and coordination with the Design Manager – In house Design Team for architectural is responsible in the preparation of the following:

• Prepares photo realistic rendering presentation for management approval

• Will work hand on hand to the project team and coordinates with other department involve in the project

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Should be able to understand written and verbal instructions, draft technical drawings, and work long hours to meet deadlines.

• Development of design through sketches, physical models, electronic models, diagrams, massing studies and other visual formats

• Preparations of Drawings and Presentations

• Produces 3d renderings and regularly submits progress 3d for checking

• Conduct research when required with regards to different building innovations and materials

• Regularly review the deliverables for accuracy, efficiency and thoroughness

• Ensures renderings are in compliance to the company and design standards as well as project comments

• Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Must be License Architect with at least 3 years experience with the related field

• Must be proficient in different updated rendering softwares (Sketchup, VRay, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop)

• Team player with minimal supervision

• Able to communicate (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills

• Knowledgeable with CAD software and can prepare detailed Architectural Drawings
