Talent Acquisition | Planning & Design, and Project Development Hiring Needs JOB SUMMARY The Architectural Renderer/modeler in guidance and coordination with the Design Manager – In house Design Team for architectural is responsible in the preparation of the following: • Prepares photo realistic rendering presentation for management approval • Will work hand on hand to the project team and coordinates with other department involve in the project JOB DESCRIPTION Should be able to understand written and verbal instructions, draft technical drawings, and work long hours to meet deadlines. Development of design through sketches, physical models, electronic models, diagrams, massing studies and other visual formats. Preparations of Drawings and Presentations. Produces 3d renderings and regularly submits progress 3d for checking. Conduct research when required with regards to different building innovations and materials. Regularly review the deliverables for accuracy, efficiency and thoroughness. Ensures renderings are in compliance to the company and design standards as well as project comments. Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time. JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED Must be License Architect with at least 3 years experience with the related field. Must be proficient in different updated rendering softwares (Sketchup, VRay, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop). Team player with minimal supervision. Able to communicate (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills. Knowledgeable with CAD software and can prepare detailed Architectural Drawings.
