Job Focus:

Provides concepts, 3D renders, FF&E booklets, ID plans and styling/accessorizing for in-house interior design projects.

Job Description:

  • Develops and presents design concepts, floor plans, 3D renders, material boards, and budget estimates for approval.
  • Coordinates with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conducts site visits to monitor design implementation; prepares site reports and issues instructions as needed.
  • Sources, shops for, and manages documentation for furniture, finishes, and accessories; handles on-site styling.
  • Prepares final inventory lists and supports standardization of interior design practices.

Job Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Graduate of B.S. Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related course
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the interior design field
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Photoshop
  • Strong skills in drafting, interior detailing, and production drawings
  • Highly creative with strong presentation skills
  • Can start ASAP
