The Planning and Design Architect will provide assistance to the conceptual planning, production drawings and support for master planning and subdivision planning projects.

Job Description
  • Provide assistance in the masterplan and architectural plans from conceptual up until permits and production purposes;
  • Understand written and verbal instructions, draft technical drawings, and work long hours to meet deadlines;
  • Conduct research when required with regards to different standards and norms of the real estate industry for horizontal developments;
  • Prepare presentation materials that is able to convey plans clearly
  • Coordinate land development requirements and assist in ensuring that all engineering infrastructure has been considered;
  • Assist in ensuring that the design conforms with budget and design standards;
  • Assist in the standardization efforts of the company;
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time and work long hours to meet deadlines.
Job Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Must be an architecture graduate with at least 2-year experience in the related field
  • Must be proficient in different updated architectural software (Autocad, Sketchup, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop) and Office programs (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Must be a proactive team player
  • Able to communicate (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
