Come work at a place where innovation and teamwork come together to support the most exciting missions in the world Position Account Executive Role You are an Account Executive, a champion in your field. As part of the A-team, your role plays an important part in our success. Your tasks for the day include, but are not limited to, the following: Effectively qualify leads and perform needs assessment, engaging in team selling (at times) Upgrade and upsell existing freemium or tiered customers through outbound Lead sales cycle including opportunity sourcing (prospecting), consultation, pricing, and contract negotiation through deal close Guide clients through the upgrade path/motion, focusing on customers at a low package Handle a transactional sales cycle within 2 weeks, particularly with existing users Engage existing users through outbound calls and emails Maintain pipelines and Salesforce, with an emphasis on heavy email and outbound calls Meet or exceed sales objectives Build and nurture strong relationships with senior executives and business champions Utilize solution and value-selling techniques along with overcoming objections to effectively guide sales processes to close Prospect and identify accounts within campaign’s base that are ready for consolidation, running complex sales situations and sales campaigns Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities, challenges, and provide recommended solutions Keep informed of product line, competition, and business trends Collaborate with key cross-functional partners across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing with a customer-centric lens Consistent with our goal as an organization, Acquire BPO looks for individuals who are passionate in winning and who enjoy achieving goals with determination to overcome hurdles. As an Account Executive you can perform well if you have: 1-3 years SaaS sales experience Experience and strong relationships with key decision-makers across mid-market organizations Process oriented Able to perform a high level of tasks in a short time Able to do heavy outbound – 30-50 calls/emails a day Ability to strategically prospect into mid-market accounts, navigating through organizations to identify decision-makers Experience operating in a high-energy, fast-paced environment focused on hyper-growth Strong track record of quota attainment and outstanding performance in a customer-focused environment Excellent listening and communication skills (verbal and written), with proven ability engaging with C-Level executives Inquisitive nature with strong analytical thinking and reasoning skills Ability to drive revenue and growth through long-term, strategic relationships with new and existing customers by navigating complex organizations Strong desire and proven ability to work cross-functionally across a global organization with a solutions-focused approach What Success Looks Like Achievement of KPIs.
