As part of the A-team, your role plays an important part in our success. Your tasks for the day include, but are not limited to, the following:* Effectively qualify leads and perform needs assessment, engaging in team selling (at times)* Upgrade and upsell existing freemium or tiered customers through outbound* Lead sales cycle including opportunity sourcing (prospecting), consultation, pricing, and contract negotiation through deal close* Guide clients through the upgrade path/motion, focusing on customers at a low package* Handle a transactional sales cycle within 2 weeks, particularly with existing users* Engage existing users through outbound calls and emails* Maintain pipelines and Salesforce, with an emphasis on heavy email and outbound calls* Meet or exceed sales objectives* Build and nurture strong relationships with senior executives and business champions* Utilize solution and value-selling techniques along with overcoming objections to effectively guide sales processes to close* Prospect and identify accounts within campaign’s base that are ready for consolidation, running complex sales situations and sales campaigns* Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities, challenges, and provide recommended solutions* Keep informed of product line, competition, and business trends* Collaborate with key cross-functional partners across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing with a customer-centric lensConsistent to our goal as an organization, at Acquire BPO, we are looking for individuals who are passionate in winning; those who enjoy achieving goals with the determination to go beyond hurdles.
