Position Overview
The Account Executive (Fabrication) is responsible for managing client relationships, handling project requirements, and ensuring the successful execution of fabrication projects (e.g., booths, displays, staging, brand activations). This role bridges the client's needs with internal creative, design, and production teams while ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client needs and translate them into fabrication requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Project & Fabrication Coordination
- Work closely with designers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure feasibility and accuracy of client requirements.
- Prepare project timelines, budgets, and proposals.
- Oversee fabrication progress to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Conduct site visits to supervise installations, set-ups, and dismantling when necessary.
Sales & Business Development
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and cost estimates to clients.
- Negotiate and close project deals within approved margins.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling fabrication services.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare job orders, contracts, and billing requirements in coordination with admin/finance.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and client records.
- Submit regular status reports on projects and client accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- With at least 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project management in fabrication/events/advertising industry.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and production timelines is an advantage.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Willing to travel and be on-site during events, set-ups, and installations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
