Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate financial statements, along with detailed financial analysis, to provide management with clear insights for decision-making and to effectively assess business performance and outcomes.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, providing training and guidance to ensure high standards of work, deficiency, and professional development.
  • Inventory & Order Processing: Oversee and validation of the accurate and timely execution of monthly inventory counts across all store locations, ensuring the safeguarding of company assets, monitoring inventory shrinkage and days of inventory per store.
  • Audit & Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and efficient audits and compliance with tax laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, purchasing, logistics and expansion, to ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions and support decision-making processes.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting systems and streamline accounting workflows, resulting in greater operational deficiency.
  • Perform other Accounting Manager tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company procedures.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in accountancy (BSA)

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is advantage.
