UNICON Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers Corporation started as a subsidiary of JG Summit Holdings, Inc. and was founded by Mr. John Gokongwei, Jr. to cater to the insurance needs of the conglomerate. Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive based in Pasig, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, particularly those related to Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO), Group Life Insurance (GLI), and Group Personal Accident (GPA) Insurance of Gokongwei Group employees. Daily tasks include client communication, policy administration, claims processing, and providing exceptional customer service. The Account Executive will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring their insurance needs are met efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable and well-versed on health and life insurance lines
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Management or a relevant field
  • Minimum of 2-5 years work experience in insurance sales or account management, preferably within the brokerage industry.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
