About the role Suntouch Technology Corporation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Store Planning Specialist to join our growing team in Manila, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for planning and optimising the layout and design of our retail stores to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. What you'll be doing Analyse store data, customer traffic patterns, and sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement in store layout and design Develop and implement store planning strategies that maximise product visibility, improve traffic flow, and create an engaging shopping environment Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, operations, and marketing, to ensure that store plans align with overall business objectives Create detailed store layouts and floor plans, incorporating fixtures, signage, and product placement Monitor and evaluate the success of store plans, making adjustments as needed to optimise performance Maintain and update store planning documentation, including guidelines and best practices Provide training and support to store managers and teams on implementing store plans effectively What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in retail management, interior design, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in store planning, visual merchandising, or retail operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design and spatial planning Familiarity with industry-standard store planning software and tools Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally Passion for the retail industry and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
