Job Responsibilities Risk Management & Compliance Develop and implement enterprise-wide risk management frameworks. Identify, assess, and monitor strategic, operational, physical, financial, and compliance risks. Lead business continuity planning, crisis response, and risk mitigation strategies. Report risk insights and recommendations to the upper management / departments concerned. Compliance Oversight Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards. Ensure compliance and implementation of ISMS 27001 and ISO 9001 within the organization. Design and manage compliance programs, policies, and control systems. Oversee internal audits, regulatory reporting, and investigations. Serve as the primary liaison with regulators, auditors, and legal counsel. Facilities Management Oversee the operation, maintenance, and safety of all facilities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage vendor contracts, service level agreements, and facility budgets. Lead sustainability initiatives, space planning, and infrastructure upgrades. Corporate Security Oversee the management of the security of the company Develop and enforce physical security policies and protocols across all sites. Manage access control systems, surveillance, and emergency response plans. Conduct threat assessments and coordinate with law enforcement when needed. Ensure protection of personnel, assets, and sensitive information. Lead investigations into security breaches or incidents. Leadership and Strategy Advise senior leadership and related departments on risk, compliance, facilities, and security matters. Continuously evaluate and improve operational strategies and governance frameworks. Manage all areas and functions under the Risk Management and Compliance Department including QMS (ISO 9001, ISMS 27001), Information Security, Corporate Security and Facilities. Abide by the company policies and procedures. Perform other tasks assigned by management. This role reports to the President and COO. Qualifications A graduate of any 4-year course (preferred but not required) Has 1 to 4 years leadership / senior level experience Should possess a positive attitude and good leadership skills / people skills Flexible and willing to work long hours, when needed Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to multitask #J-18808-Ljbffr
