Job Description Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to meet regulatory standards. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to legal and operational requirements. Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance-related matters. Monitor and report on regulatory changes affecting the financial services industry. Collaborate with external auditors and regulators during inspections and reviews. Investigate and resolve compliance issues, escalating as necessary. Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and related documentation. Support the Risk & Compliance department in achieving organizational objectives. The Successful Applicant A successful Compliance Manager should have: A degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks within the financial services industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and mitigating risks. Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs. Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Attention to detail and the ability to work with confidential information.
