Job Description


  • Conducts IT risk assessments to identify, mitigate, and monitor potential risks affecting business continuity and regulatory compliance.

  • Develops and enhances IT risk policies and frameworks, ensuring alignment with BSP regulations and global risk management standards such as Basel, ISO, NIST, and COBIT.

  • Leads risk audits and compliance evaluations, collaborating with stakeholders to address vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to security protocols.

  • Provides expert guidance on IT risk management, including cybersecurity, third-party risk, operational resilience, and emerging threats.

  • Prepares risk reports, recommends mitigation strategies, and presents findings to senior leadership.

  • Monitors regulatory changes and updates IT risk practices to maintain compliance with industry requirements.

The Successful Applicant


  • Possesses a minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Risk/Tech Risk management.

  • Has in-depth knowledge of BSP regulations on audits and risk management, as well as international risk frameworks.

  • Demonstrates proven ability to develop and implement IT risk policies effectively.

  • Exhibits strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Works independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
