Responsibilities
  • Ensures accurate timekeeping for all Office-based employees, Seasonal workers and 3rd party employees.
  • Submits final timekeeping data of resigned employees for clearance purposes
  • Prepares Tardiness Report on a monthly basis for release to all departments
  • Prepares RFID for Newly hired employees and maintain the accuracy of data system
  • Ensures on-time checking, validation and complete payment of Globe billing
  • Creates and submits Weekly Update Report on timekeeping, Canteen Billing and Communication Billing.
  • Assist in Locker room maintenance and management
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time after an appropriate training has been given.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource or any behavioral courses
  • With experience in similar role; experience in manufacturing is preferred
  • With solid experience in manual timekeeping and HRIS
  • With experience in employee engagement is a plus
  • With good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform multi-tasking and can handle pressure at all times
