Responsibilities

1. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to product delivery and project management.
2. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situation or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
3. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine the best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
4. Consults with senior business leaders to identify relevant quality standards and measurements for the assigned areas.
5. Manages and expands relationships with internal partners. Provides domain-specific expertise and overall quality leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.
6. Facilitates decision-making and information validation within the team, ensuring alignment and collaboration in achieving project goals.
7. Manages and mentors a team of process designers and improvement specialists. Fosters a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team. Sets performance goals and guides team members in the execution of process improvement projects.

Product Delivery for Customer Experience and AI

1. Agile Product Management: Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality, customer-centric products. Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements through effective sprint planning, backlog management, and continuous collaboration with development teams.
2. Customer-Centric Focus: Use Design Thinking and user-centered design practices to deeply understand customer pain points and needs, translating them into actionable product features that enhance the overall CX.
3. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of CX initiatives across multiple touchpoints (mobile apps, websites, automation workflows, etc.).
4. Artificial Intelligence in CX: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and drive alignment with CX Strategy. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure AI product success.
5. Change Management: Champion change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and methodologies. Work with stakeholders to address resistance and ensure successful implementation of process changes.
6. Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, driving the refinement of product processes, workflows, and tools to enhance team performance and delivery.
7. Best Practice Development: Continuously develop and refine best practices, process documentation, and tools that support the organization's ongoing commitment to process excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in leading product teams and delivering CX solutions in the areas of app development, automation, and system integration.
3. Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional product initiatives from concept to launch.
4. Proven experience in applying Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), with the ability to effectively prioritize, manage backlogs, and ensure smooth execution of product roadmaps.
5. Strong technical understanding of AI product development, analytics, and management.
6. Comfortable with technical discussions and capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Expertise in applying Design Thinking principles to product development, with a focus on user-centric design and customer feedback loops.
8. Hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams and managing process improvement initiatives in a large, complex organization.
