If you want to shape the future, welcome to NimbyxJob DescriptionWhat you'll doBacklog Management & Sprint ExecutionTranslate product vision and roadmaps into clearly defined user stories and tasks Define story details including acceptance criteria to guide agile delivery teams Lead backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning for efficient execution Customer-Centric Product DevelopmentDevelop a deep understanding of customer problems and use cases Ensure product features and user stories reflect actual customer needs and pain points Validate product builds through acceptance testing and gather feedback during demos Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with engineering, UX, business teams, and stakeholders Facilitate regular product demos and reviews to align the team with product goals Support innovation efforts by helping conceptualize and iterate on digital solutions QualificationsWhat we look forExperience: 3+ years as an IT Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Manager Mindset: Embraces authentic Agile practices rooted in learning, customer focus, and rapid iteration Adaptability: Able to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments Communication: Strong interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills Ownership: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems creatively Analytical: Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and data-driven decision-making Drive: Passion for creating innovative software and delivering first-class user experiences Additional InformationWork setup: FULL ONSITE, Monday to Friday or Tuesday to SaturdaySchedule: 8am to 5pmLocation: One World Place , 32nd Street, BGC, Taguig CityEmployment Type: Full-time + PermanentGet to know us more:Evident: AI-Powered Growth Partner for Digital Dentists & LabsNimbyx on Instagram: Global Venture Capital firm in BGC, Vancouver, & Seoul.
