Job Summary

We are hiring a Healthcare AI Product Specialist / AI Solutions Consultant to lead HealthOrbit AI’s hospital engagement and adoption in the Philippines. This role blends product expertise, clinical engagement, and business development. You will turn management introductions into pilots and long-term partnerships, run tailored demonstrations, train clinical teams, gather feedback, and grow a steady pipeline of customers across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Use management introductions and your own outreach to engage hospital decision-makers (CEOs, CMOs, CIOs, IT heads, clinical leads).
• Build and manage a pipeline of public and private hospitals, hospital chains, specialty clinics and tertiary centres.
• Move targets from initial introduction to pilot discussions, procurement and live deployment.
• Map and influence stakeholders inside hospitals and develop long-term relationships.

AI Product Demonstration & Implementation

• Deliver tailored demos showing how HealthOrbit AI improves documentation, coding, workflow efficiency and patient communication.
• Adapt demos to local workflows, EHRs/EMRs and operational realities of Philippine hospitals.
• Support technical integration conversations with hospital IT teams and vendors.
• Train clinicians, admin users and local champions on practical use and change management.

Market Expansion & Representation

• Represent HealthOrbit AI at conferences, hospital meetings and stakeholder workshops.
• Build professional networks with clinicians, hospital admins, medical societies and health tech partners.
• Capture market intelligence to refine go-to-market approach for the Philippines.
• Convert pipeline hospitals into pilots and commercial contracts.
• Work with management to prepare proposals, commercial terms and pilot scopes.
• Track opportunities, manage follow-ups and accelerate decisions.

Customer Feedback & Product Improvement

• Collect clinical and operational feedback to optimise product-market fit locally.
• Identify barriers to adoption and propose solutions.
• Liaise with R&D and product teams to adapt workflows, language models and integrations.

Reporting

• Daily reports to the senior team.
• Weekly status updates to the global commercial lead.

Who Should Apply?

• 3+ years experience in healthcare technology, clinical sales, digital health or medical SaaS, preferably with hospital engagement.
• Track record of engaging hospital executives and clinical teams.
• Strong communicator and presenter who can explain AI benefits in clear, practical terms.
• Self-driven, strategic, able to convert warm introductions into pilots and contracts.
• Familiarity with hospital workflows, EMR integrations, medical coding or clinical operations is a strong plus.
• Degree in healthcare, biomedical engineering, health IT, business or related field preferred.
• Right to live and work in the Philippines (Filipino nationals or holders of an appropriate work permit).
