Overview Accounts receivable Associate are ensuring that clients are properly billed for goods or services. They work with other departments to ensure that the correct amounts are collected in a timely manner, verify and record transactions, resolve account discrepancies, and perform other tasks to secure client payments. Responsibilities Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail Prepare analytical and ratio analyses relevant to AR so management can gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing Support other accounting and finance team members, inventory management, and cost accounting Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in Accountancy, Finance or any related field With at least 1-2 years working experience in AR Experience in distribution, manufacturing or trading is a must Knowledge of AR processes, billing systems and collection procedures Familiarity with local tax regulations and BIR compliance is a plus Proficient in MS Offices or Software (Quick books, Sap, Pinnacle,Oracle Odoo or ERP System) Location: Brgy.
