I. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures;
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data;
  • Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits;
  • Entry of sales and collections including deposit slips in QNE;
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted;
  • Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues;
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients;
  • Ensure correctness and completeness of Creditable Withholding Tax (2307);
  • Assist on audit compliance;
  • Assist with year end closing;
  • Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential;

Educational Background and Work Experience:

  • A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any other related Finance course
  • At least 1 year work experience in Accounting and Finance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software
