OFFICE: REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER - PILI, TESDA REGION V

SALARY: SG-18 PhP 49,015.00
PERA: Php 2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  • Supervise the staff in the Administrative Unit (20%)
  • Ensure efficient and effective program implementation (10%)
  • Manage personnel action (20%)
  • Maintain personnel records (10%)
  • Evaluate employees' performance (10%)
  • Plan Staff Development Programs and monitor implementation (10%)
  • Monitor the implementation of CSC Circulars and Memoranda (5%)
  • Implement Quality Standards and Procedures (10%)
  • Perform other related functions (5%)

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
  • Training: 8 hours of relevant training
  • Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) / Second Level Eligibility

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

  • Intent Letter indicating the position, office, and Item Number
  • Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212 Revised 2017) with Work Experience Sheet
  • Service Records or Certificate/s of Employment
  • List of training programs attended with certificates
  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for CY 2023 or IPCR ratings for July-Dec 2023 and Jan-June 2024 (at least Very Satisfactory)
  • Copy of previous appointment (if applicable)
  • List of at least five references with contact details
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC
  • Awards related to Performance (if applicable)
  • Proof of participation in committees/TWGs (if applicable)
