You should be able to self-manage, spot what’s not working, and make changes that drive results — no hand-holding needed. Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls and send cold emails daily that generate qualified appointments. Write and refine sales scripts that convert. Identify and implement improvements to boost campaign success. Manage and train other sales reps as we scale. Track and report performance with full ownership of results. Requirements Proven experience managing and leading a sales team. Self-motivated and results-driven. Strong outbound sales and communication skills. Track record of exceeding quotas and closing tough sales calls. Preferred Experience selling to driving schools . Ability to run simple online demos .
