• Ability to build rapport with customers and handle various types of interactions effectively
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
• Accurately record call details and customer information
• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers using provided lists or databases
• Complete the details of the customer in the database

Job Qualification:

• Open to high school graduates, fresh graduates, or undergraduates
• Computer literate with at least 30 wpm typing speed
• Knowledgeable in customer service representative
• Bilingual or multilingual skills in Philippine languages is an advantage
• Willing to work on-site in Queens Crown St. Bacoor Cavite
• Willing to start ASAP
• Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays
• Willing to a shifting schedule
