About the Role As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of daily calls, generating interest, qualifying prospects, responding quickly to emails, presenting Bionic Talent to potential clients on Zoom, and closing sales. You should be hungry for commissions and a closer. What will you be doing? Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Understand customer needs and requirements through proactive questioning and following our customer information forms Walk potential customers through our sales process and material, giving them a good understanding of how we can help their business Ensure every customer gets an amazing experience and service through proactive communication, transparency, and ethical sales Ensure the lead to purchase cycle is quick and efficient What are we looking for?
