We’re seeking motivated Remote Sales Representatives to support outbound sales initiatives for a diverse portfolio of well-known clients. You’ll engage with existing and potential customers, promote products and services, and drive revenue through consultative selling and relationship building. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers Present and promote products and services effectively Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and training Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources Escalate complex issues when necessary Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements Qualifications Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent Previous call center experience Work-from-home experience Strong command of the English language Typing speed of 20+ WPM High speed internet connection Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Familiarity with Windows operating systems Excellent interpersonal skills Requirements Reside within 80km of our office (if required by location) Authorized to work in the country where the job is based Willing to submit to background/security investigations and drug screening as applicable About the role and environment This position involves remote work for outbound sales campaigns on behalf of globally recognized brands. It requires effective communication, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
