Overview
Customer Experience Executive role at Probe Group, Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines. The primary objective is to provide world-class service to customers in an accurate, efficient and respectful manner on every email, call or chat, as measured by performance metrics.
Account / Campaign DescriptionWorkwear Group supplies work uniforms in Australia. The customer service team in Manila handles queries via phone, email and chat channels.
Minimum Requirements- 0-6 months BPO experience (Customer Service desirable; other sectors/line of business accepted, e.g., TSR, Chat/Email/Order Entry).
- Ability to understand and converse in English, both written and verbal.
- Willing to render OT/RDOT with short notice.
- Willing to work onsite (Wilcon, Makati) 5 days a week.
- 1-2 years BPO experience in customer service or order entry.
- Experience with voice and/or non-voice accounts.
- At least 2 years of college.
