Overview
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs to sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. This role requires strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to identify and engage high-quality candidates in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate outreach, screening, interviews, and feedback.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and role requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.).
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and market salary benchmarks.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate offer negotiation, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding activities.
- Qualifications: Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean search).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience recruiting across different regions and functions with preference in Information Technology and Finance roles.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
