Role Overview

The HRBP Supervisor supports the HRBP Manager in delivering HR strategies and solutions to the business. This role provides operational and tactical HR support, focusing on employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HRBP Manager in partnering with business leaders to address people-related needs.
  • Manage day-to-day employee relations cases, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Facilitate performance management activities such as mid-year and year-end reviews.
  • Assist in workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning discussions.
  • Support employee engagement programs and culture-building initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions (Recruitment, L&D, Comp & Ben) for seamless HR service delivery.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports/metrics to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on basic people management practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5–7 years of HR experience , with 2–3 years in a business partnering role.
  • Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in BPO/shared services or multinational companies is an advantage.
