Job Description A Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies. This position involves the management and coordination of various online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive web traffic, and maximize the effectiveness of marketing strategies. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work closely with other marketing teams to ensure that strategies align with company goals and objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends. By leveraging different digital channels, tools, and analytics, the Digital Marketing Coordinator helps in optimizing marketing initiatives to achieve higher engagement and conversion rates. Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple online platforms. Coordinate with content creators to produce engaging marketing content and assets. Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Maintain and manage social media channels to improve social media presence. Assist in the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns. Monitor trends in digital marketing and make suggestions for updates and improvements. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and brand message. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for digital engagement. Prepare reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and strategies. Support marketing team with administrative duties and contact list management. Assist in the creation and implementation of SEO strategies to improve search rankings. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. Proven experience in digital marketing or related field for at least 2 years. Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices. Proficient in using digital marketing tools, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for marketing content creation. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively. Experience with HTML/CSS, basic knowledge preferred but not required.
