Overview Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nezda Global | Ex-Collabera | Job Type: Permanent Position: Business Development Manager Work Setup: Hybrid (3x - Week) Location: BGC Shift Time: Dayshift – but should be flexible Responsibilities Independently manage relationships with key Lending Partners (Banks, Non-Banks, and Fintechs) to generate revenue and provide operational support. Develop an operating sales plan in consultation with lending partners for various products, detailing quarterly and annual loan disbursal targets and initiatives to maximize revenue. Provide ongoing operational support to meet the sales plan. Handle technical queries regarding products and models; implement processes and technologies with partners for a smooth journey from Score to Lead-generation to Disbursal. Serve as the one-point contact for client service issues, coordinating with internal teams and partner organizations to resolve obstacles. Publish and communicate MI and dashboards to clients to track progress, adjust trajectories if needed, and widen the relationship across channels, loan categories, products, and campaigns. Conduct training and educational workshops at the partner site to embed into the lending organization. Be responsible for Sales and Revenue generation and for onboarding new Financial Institutions. Observe Code of Conduct, data confidentiality, and adhere to audit, compliance, and legal norms of the partner as required. Ensure proper filing of Call Memos, Minutes of Meetings, and Records of all activities carried out jointly with the partner. Required Skills Knowledge of basic Credit & Risk, Sales process, and Product for Personal Lending products. Relationship management. Process orientation and basic understanding of Data Science & Technology.
