Position: Business development Specialist- HMO
Industry: Financial - Insurance Agency
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 30,000 – Php 38,000
Schedule: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm

Job Requirements:
✨ bachelors degree in Business Administration or any related course
✨ With at least 2- 3 year’s work experience Business development
✨ With experience working in HMO companies
✨ With understanding in different HMO insurance
✨ Amenable to attend face to face interview.

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Responsible for managing client relationship, ensuring proper policy handling, and facilitating insurance-related transactions.
✨ Identify and engage potential clients for non-life insurance products.
✨ Maintain strong relationship with existing clients and offer additional coverage options.
✨ Provide expert guidance on insurance coverage.
✨ Analyze and review existing policies to ensure adequate coverage.
✨ Assist clients in understanding their insurance requirements and recommend suitable policies.
✨ Sales and relationship management.
✨ Organize client information such as contact details, insurance policies in force.
✨ Perform other tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
