Role Overview
The Business Development Specialist will play a key role in supporting the company's partnerships with banks and financial institutions from contract execution to successful service activation. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in teamwork — collaborating across business, operations, IT, governance, and finance teams to achieve group targets and company goals.
The role requires an individual who is proactive, positive, and enjoys building relationships, with strong communication and coordination skills. Rather than acting as a lone manager, the ideal candidate works collaboratively within a group setting, contributing to the team's overall success.
Education
- College Graduate
Work Experience
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in business development, account management, or client-facing roles within banking, fintech, or payments industries
- Experience working in a cross-functional or partnership-driven environment
Knowledge & Experience
- Experience coordinating with multiple internal departments to deliver results
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Good understanding of contract processes, onboarding, and partner lifecycle management

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Business Development team in managing partner relationships and achieving partnership goals
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, IT, Finance, Governance) to ensure smooth partner onboarding and issue resolution
- Participate in meetings and discussions with partner banks, helping prepare materials and reports
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing relationships and contribute ideas for new business models
- Collect and communicate partner feedback to help improve services and customer experience
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm at industry events and meetings
