Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig City, Metro Manila 1-year initial contract (subject for extension and renewal) Job Description Huawei Technologies Philippines, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partner Business Development Specialist to support the expansion of our partner ecosystem. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing strategic relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving growth within the cloud and IT industry. Duties and Responsibilities Gain a deep understanding of local ecosystem strategies, partner development, and operations to identify potential business opportunities. Influence partners’ strategies and operations to strengthen collaboration and increase revenue generation. Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends and developments to identify and pursue new business and partnership opportunities. Develop and implement business strategies that enhance company productivity, efficiency, and performance. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of services and address partner needs in a timely manner. Provide support for partner training and branding activities to strengthen engagement and collaboration. Independently develop and re-establish relationships with partners to build and maintain long-term, high-level partnerships. Leverage internal and external resources to guide partners in developing pipelines and accelerating deal closures. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field , preferably within the cloud or IT industry . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to identify opportunities and address challenges effectively. Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. Basic knowledge of cloud and IT technologies is required. Experience working with AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud, or Tencent Cloud is an advantage.
