Responsibilities Attends to the day-to-day IT-related issues at the assigned Registry of Deeds (RD). Ensures continuous and smooth IT operations of the assigned RD. Provides maintenance support of all IT Infrastructure and Site Support facilities of the assigned RD. Communicates with Headquarters for the resolution of operational incidents encountered. Coordinates all IT activities and operations inherent to the continuous operation with direct reporting to the Area Supervisor. Prepares the Operations report on a weekly and monthly basis. Participates in the daily IT operations of the site. Monitors and maintains site inventory of supplies and assets. Responds in a timely manner to all IT-related requests, such as technical problems and inquiries from LRA personnel. Provides an updated list of installed, delivered, and pulled out IT equipment. Assets are properly tagged, and an updated inventory of these assets is kept and maintained. Critical incidents in sites are resolved immediately. ICN closure rate should be within 24 hours (within the same day). Regular incidents at sites are resolved in a timely manner. Submits Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Site reports, Deposit Slip. Prepayment documents ensure 100% accomplishment of the site logbook reports. Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications Atleast 2nd yr College undergraduate of Information Technology or any related course. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply To be assigned in Registry of Deeds - Benguet Province. Highly motivated and has the ability to coordinate. Must be highly organized and systematic individual. Must have a sense of urgency and initiative. Able to cope with pressures and deadlines.
