The Engage Technical Support Specialist provides day-to-day technical support to clients through Freshdesk tickets and helpdesk calls, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution. This role also assists with specific administrative tasks related to client onboarding and ongoing account support. What You'll Be Doing Utilize internal and external online platforms to deliver prompt technical support and resolve client inquiries. Apply strong technical aptitude to troubleshoot system issues, conduct walkthroughs, and provide integration support. Communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively, adapting to each customer’s pace and level of understanding. Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met for template fixes, changes, and other support deliverables. Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to relay client concerns, feedback, and requests. About You 2–3+ years of experience in customer success, customer service, or related fields within a corporate environment. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of the property technology (PropTech) industry is preferred but not required. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
