The Role: Monitoring Support Specialist Imagine being the key player behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly across solar system operations from activation and monitoring to reporting and case management. From configuring systems on platforms like Enphase and SolarEdge to tracking performance issues and updating customer records, you're the one keeping everything accurate, organized, and moving forward. What Your Days Might Look Like System Monitoring & Reporting Activate solar systems for homes and businesses, making sure they are approved and ready to operate. Keep an eye on how the systems are performing and look into any problems by checking alerts and reports from platforms like Enphase and SolarEdge. Create and review reports to track performance issues, production drops, and other system concerns. Maintain lists of systems that need further investigation or are being watched for issues. System Setup & Configuration Help map out new solar system setups on Enphase and SolarEdge. Assist with creating login sheets and setup info for customer systems. Set up accounts for a specific report system (Know True-Up or KTU) and manage those reports. Help with setting up subcontractor accounts (limited tasks). Map systems once they’ve passed inspections. Case Management & Record Updates Keep track of customer issues in the system, making sure cases are updated and followed up on. Clean up old or duplicate records to keep things accurate. Update customer details (like name and contact info) when needed. Help with cases where funding might have been rejected. General Administrative & Support Tasks Clean up and maintain data in monitoring systems. Ensure all systems are tagged properly for easy tracking. Work closely with other team members to solve problems and improve system performance. Who We Think Will Thrive in This Role You’re detail-oriented and experienced with data or systems monitoring. You’re comfortable updating customer records and managing case details. You enjoy solving technical issues and improving workflows. You’re proactive, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks. You work well remotely and communicate clearly with your team. You’re excited to support clean energy and sustainable solutions. You are willing to work in a US time zone schedule. You can secure the required technical setup, including: At least a 720p HD webcam. A primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps. A backup laptop, backup internet device, and backup power source.
