About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join @Specialist' as a Design Engineer. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative engineering solutions that drive the company's product development and innovation. This is a full-time role based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. What you'll be doing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products or enhance existing ones Conduct research, analyse data, and create prototypes to test and validate design concepts Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation to support the manufacturing process Optimise designs for cost, quality, and performance Ensure designs comply with relevant engineering standards, regulations, and safety requirements Support the production team by troubleshooting issues and providing technical guidance Continuously seek opportunities to improve design processes and implement new technologies What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience as a Design Engineer in the manufacturing industry Proficient in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Up-to-date knowledge of engineering principles, design best practices, and industry regulations Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines What we offer At @Specialist', we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
