About the Team & Business Line: Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, with a respected alternative asset and accounting service. Ongoing investment in learning and technology solutions enables a seamless client experience.

• You hold a Bachelor degree with a keen interest in financial services. Ideally 1–2 years in financial services with exposure to operations processing.
• You have strong knowledge of financial instruments; global markets, OTC security markets, fixed income and derivatives is a plus.
• You are comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel.
• You demonstrate competencies in Technical Knowledge and Commercial Acumen, Quality and Risk Control, Decision Making, Client Service, Communication, Teamwork, Coaching, Drive for Result and Adaptability.
• You hold a Bachelor or Diploma (Finance, Accounting, Math or Economics preferred but not required).
• You have knowledge of or an interest in learning financial instruments such as equities, OTC derivatives, bonds, options, futures, forwards, swaps and related products.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis and macros are an asset).
• You have experience in Financial Services with exposure to Operations Processing (1+ years is advantageous).
• You are familiar with third-party information sources like Bloomberg or FT Interactive.
• You have good communication skills.
• You may have knowledge of Basic SQL or Macro.

• Meet the daily deliverables of the client and other Citco offices’ Service Level Agreements.
• Understand the fundamentals of trade capture and data processing.
• Follow processes and maintain a solid understanding of complex financial instruments.
• Manage automation and processing of client activity/position data into Citco’s accounting and daily reject processing via supported interfaces.
• Resolve data issues with an understanding of the trade lifecycle.
• Collaborate with teams inside and outside Operational Support to identify and implement process improvements.
• Participate in the daily handover of open tasks.
• Support client relationships by verifying and processing daily corporate action activity.
• Prepare and review daily events (e.g., market-listed corporate actions, option activity, paydowns, privately held events) in line with client SLAs.
• Investigate and resolve open break items between Citco and broker/counterparty records by liaising with clients and third parties.
• Understand financial instruments to verify impact of corporate actions and ensure proper P&L capture and risk reporting.
• Produce auditable month-end reporting packages to support client positions, trades and cash.
• Support the conversion of new clients or existing migrations.
• Maintain positive professional relationships with Investment Managers, clients and Citco offices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and enhancement of operational systems.
